Our Summit ONE in Farnborough is home to the National Sales Company for the BMW Group in the UK, as well as BMW Group Financial Services which offers retailers, corporate and private customers a range of customised financial services. Alphabet (GB) Ltd. as a leading provider of Business Mobility Services is also located in Farnborough. We decided in November 2020 to bring together BMW Financial Services and Alphabet to stay relevant to our customers and continue to succeed in a rapidly changing business environment.

BMW UK, Farnborough - Events Assistant (x2) - 13 Month Placement (July 2025)
What awaits you?
5. Support with the delivery of effective event, partnership, and sponsorship solutions in line with the BMW Marketing plan to support the brand and sales objectives.
6. Support development and planning for experiential activities as required, including project managing bespoke elements to ensure professional planning and execution of all Experiential activities. This includes car logistics, workshop liaison, financial planning and working across other departments to ensure our activities deliver the absolute maximum across the business.
7. Support the day-to-day liaison with several key agencies and suppliers to deliver events to the agreed plan.
8. Assist with the communication and amplification of experiential activities working closely with Marketing Communications –B-3.
9. Support the delivery of specific key Sporting / Arts & Culture sponsorship engagements through local activation, communications strategy and operational execution and support the delivery of our Retailer Engagement events and activities - including onsite delivery of events, communication, and amplification.
Qualifications and Experience
10. Demonstrable project management ability including planning / organisation skills, delivery to deadlines with the ability to make decisions and own on own initiative.
11. Passion for the automotive industry and understanding of working in a premium brand environment.
12. Excellent organisation / management and budget planning skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
13. The ability to think creatively, analytically, and strategically.
14. Collaborate closely with internal brand teams to ensure activity is integrated across channels (content, digital, social, PR) and consistent with overall marketing plan.
