Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established accountancy practice based in Kirkby. My client is looking for an office manager to complete the following duties:
1. Inputting timesheets
2. Ensuring the office is run smoothly
3. Credit Control
4. Monitoring sickness and holidays
5. Other administrative duties
6. Answering general queries from the public
7. Being a main point of contact for the company
This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have accounts/office manager experience with a proven track record in using SAGE.
