Key responsibilities: • Operate and set up machines such as milling machines, centre lathes, saws, and drills • Read and interpret engineering drawings to understand specifications • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards • Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing regular maintenance • Collaborate with engineers and the production team to improve processes • Ensuring that H&S are maintained throughout, following the procedure and safety at work Skills & Qualifications : • Ability to use precision measuring equipment (e.g. callipers) to measure material, parts, or products accurately and consistently • Ability to use measuring jigs/tools (e.g., micrometres) to read precise measurements from The recruitment process is simple – you apply with your CV, we’ll have a good read then invite you for an interview and give you a tour of the Factory and Tool Room department.
