About the Role
As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key operational aspects of the school, ensuring everything runs efficiently to support student learning and staff effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing support staff, ensuring effective deployment across the school.
* Overseeing the daily operations, ensuring a safe and organised environment.
* Supporting staff with behaviour management strategies, working alongside SEN specialists.
* Coordinating interventions and student support plans, ensuring personalised support for learners.
* Working closely with the senior leadership team, contributing to school-wide strategies.
* Liaising with parents, external agencies, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure students receive the best possible support.
