* Lead and manage bids and tender submissions for the Transport business, reporting to the Business Development Director.
* Manage a Bid Team based in Warwick and London, planning resources and ensuring effective bid processes.
* Ensure high-quality, timely bids aligned with Telent’s procedures, and improve bid quality continuously.
* Monitor bid costs and seek improvements in bid investment return.
* Develop relationships with customers through meetings and presentations.
* Oversee Bid team performance, KPIs, and SLAs.
* Lead bid strategies, from Go/No Go decisions to post-bid reviews.
* Manage workload planning, forecasting, and bid reporting.
