Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Joining their training academy, delivered by their in-house experts, you will build relationships with HSEQ professionals; learning about them, their skills, building your industry and market knowledge, and consulting with them on potential career opportunities. You will then go on to specialise in either candidate consulting, client consulting or in a 360 role, according to your strengths and interests.

5. Uncapped commission ; realistic overall earnings are £27K-32K year one (base salary starts at £22.5K-£25K DOE, and is reviewed every six months).

7. Incentives : weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual incentives for performance. They recently took 16 of the team out to Porto for achieving quarterly target.
