With a blend of ownership over finance projects and involvement in the quarterly consolidation of management accounts across four group companies, every day will bring variety and challenge. The Opportunity Partner with the MD & Group Financial Controller to deliver strategic initiatives and achieve key milestones. Enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting for greater efficiency and insight. Oversee quarterly consolidation of group management accounts. Produce subsidiary MI packs and maintain robust balance sheet reconciliations. Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis. Assist with statutory reporting, including preparation of year-end accounts and financial statements. Partner with business teams to manage budgets, reforecasting, and drive decision-making. What You’ll Bring: ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification Experience with process change, improvement & or system upgrades A methodical and analytical approach with a keen eye for detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to gather evidence effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic. Why them?
