Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Outpatient Department reception team at Crawley Hospital. You will be key to supporting our improvements as we move forward with different ways of working, for our patients requiring face to face and virtual consultation, first line investigations and on-going treatment.
Your role will include checking patients in and out for their hospital appointments, cancelling and rescheduling appointments, dealing with patient enquiries over the phone and face to face, and preparation of Outpatient clinics on a daily basis.
The successful applicant will be joining a team of dedicated skilled staff, which includes Receptionists, Health Care Assistants, Nurse Associates, Staff Nurses, and Clinical Nurse Specialists.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, flexible, hardworking, and positive thinking whilst adhering to the Trust Values. The service may incorporate weekdays, evening, and weekend working on a rota basis.
