Oversee FCA regulatory reporting, compliance, and business policies.
Manage firm accounts, payroll, and insurance plans.
Handle client agreements, templates, and Consumer Duty documentation.
Maintain critical business plans and ensure adherence to industry standards.
Support Team Leadership
Manage the daily workload of the support team.
Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training.
Ensure processes run smoothly and address client or team issues promptly.
Paraplanner support for IFA,S to include suitability reports and file checks as needed. Office Operations
