The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Development Manager to support the design and delivery of development initiatives across all career stages — from early career programmes to senior leadership development. This role will be responsible for identifying capability gaps, creating tailored learning solutions, and building a strong talent pipeline to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with talent colleagues and business leaders to embed a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. In this role you will: Partner with key stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with business goals. Develop and implement talent development strategies supporting early career selection, onboarding, graduate schemes, and internships. Design and deliver leadership development programmes for emerging and senior leaders. Support the scaling of the development offering to meet the demands of a fast-evolving business landscape. Oversee learning operations to ensure seamless delivery of development opportunities with measurable impact. Enhance the learning culture and technology infrastructure to future-proof our approach to learning. Prioritise agility and scalability to match the firm’s continued growth. What you bring: Proven experience in talent development, learning & development, or organisational development roles. Strong track record in designing and delivering programmes across all career stages, including early careers and leadership development. Experience in running graduate programs and management programs Ability to operate strategically while managing the hands-on delivery of learning initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels. A growth mindset and passion for fostering a culture of learning and innovation. Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling environment is desirable. Knowledge of learning technologies and platforms is a plus. Not the right fit?
