Everyone who works at Lidl brings something unique to the table - but we also have a whole lot in common. We’re curious, collaborative and ready to make a tangible impact on where we work.
Just like you.
The Promotions Lifecycle team manages all aspects of promotional stock (Middle of Lidl, Food Themes, Seasonal and Lidl Plus) from the point of on-sale through until end of life of the lines. With over new lines launching each week across the promotional category, a core focus of the department is to effectively manage store space by monitoring performance of the lines and using available levers to support sell through (price reductions, returns, marketing support, Lidl Plus activity, store compliance).
As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the lifecycle management of all promotional areas, acting as the key link between the sub categories to ensure use of promotional space in store is optimised. The role will require a solid understanding of our store portfolio, solid knowledge of a large range of products and effective stakeholder management across various teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Marketing and 14 Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs).
You will be expected to continuously identify opportunities to optimise and improve the tools available to support in order to drive operational excellence, working closely with the projects team and other stakeholders. You will also be the system expert for WFM, building strong relationships with International counterparts and ensuring effective rollouts of updates to relevant colleagues including senior leaders and all RDCs.
At Lidl, we offer a hybrid working model to give you the best of both worlds. Spend three days or more in our state-of-the-art office, where you can enjoy an on-site gym, restaurant, and more of the perks you deserve. And with up to two days at home, you’ll find the work/life balance you need to thrive
