Hours: 35 hours per week over 5 days Occasional evening meetings (Flexible times for meeting days -TOIL for training events)
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)
Holiday: 28 days increasing to 30 days

We are a long-established Resident Management Organisation in Covent Garden, Westminster, consisting of 103 properties, 41 of which are leasehold and 61 of which are tenanted. We are looking for an experienced and committed Estate Manager / TMO Manager to work with our Management Committee to deliver the day-to-day management of the estate.
Key to your success in the role of TMO Manager will be your ability to manage budgets in a challenging
environment, a commitment to delivering the responsibilities laid down in our management
agreement, consistently excellent service delivery and proficiency in developing relationships with residents, contractors and other key stakeholders. Previous experience within a similar housing and business manager role also is required.
Principal Duties
● Supporting the management committee to fulfil its strategic role including developing
the TMO’s business plan, delivery of its objectives and the development of policies
and procedures ensuring compliance and delivery.
● Ensuring effective and robust financial management of the TMO including compliance withstanding orders/scheme of delegation, the preparation and approval of the OWRM’s annual budget, maintenance of accurate accounting records, and comprehensive financial reporting.
● Working in partnership with the management committee and all residents to deliver
continuous improvement and good value across all OWRM’s managed and
contracted services.
● Assisting the Management Committee to develop a sense of community, and good
neighbourliness through initiatives aimed at bringing the community together.
● To develop, maintain and improve communication with a range of stakeholders.
