Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-managed Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base through strategic cold calling and relationship-building efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and target new business opportunities within the 3PL logistics sector.
2. Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and secure new business.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
4. Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in business development.
2. Strong ability to self-manage and work independently.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
5. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
6. Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
7. Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.
8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
