What You Will be Doing
* Job Scheduling: Use the SimPRO job management system to schedule and reallocate jobs for trade services.
* Order Processing: Handle orders, invoices, and payments efficiently.
* Client Account Management: Keep client accounts up-to-date and accurate, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Reporting: Prepare and distribute essential reports, documents, and correspondence.
* Client Support: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, enhancing client satisfaction.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to streamline processes and improve service quality.
What You Will Bring
* Experience: Proven track record in scheduling and dispatching trades.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with SimPRO software (desired, but not essential).
* Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
* Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
