Mon to Fri Site based across contract's 3 sites - Shepherd's Bush, Stratford and Croydon Salary plus bonus Here at ISS, as a premier Facilities Management (FM) company, we have secured a long term extension with a market leading Retail and Leisure provider, to provide Hard Services across their London portfolio, consisting of 3 high profile, cutting edge, shopping centres The day to day Engineering service is completed by shift Engineers and Managers, with the overall operation headed up by an Account Director You will be supporting day to day operations by maintaining an account wide perspective over Performance, Quality and Sustainability, playing a key role in operational improvement across areas of M&E services delivery The focus here will be Health & Safety, Environmental (inc Sustainability) and Quality, in relation purely to hard services, You will work in reference to existing Operational Process Framework (OPF) at the account. We are particularly keen for you develop the energy and sustainability strategy for the account This role best suits a professional from an M&E background who has gone on to have rich experience within Hard Service delivery, and has developed an interest around Performance Improvement, focusing on H&S, Quality and Sustainability You will have the chance to get to grips and improve a Hard FM service without line management responsibilities Full Actions will include: Implement the OPF (Operational Process Framework) at account level, maintain contract OPF and quality according to ISS standards. Working closely with Operational Performance Technical Excellence to implement the practices on asset management, forward maintenance regime and compliance Working closely with the Energy teams, deliver on account/site energy and sustainability strategy using global best practice adapted for account specific needs, e.g. set up sustainability working group for the account with representation from all service lines to attend • Implementing and overseeing the Safe Systems of Work and ensuring the right level of AE/AP/CP’s Own account wide and site-specific sustainability action plan and delegate activities to team members with follow up. Working closely with the divisional HSEQ Business Partner develop of the account HSEQ compliance plan in accordance with the Group HSEQ management system and customer requirements and ensure alignment, effective implementation and synergy across the account. Manage HSEQ Performance data processes and ensure high level of validity Review training and development plans for Placemakers and adapt/implement accordingly Oversee talent development across the accounts from Apprentices through to Management roles utilising the methodology We need from you: A Hard services M&E Background, with time spent in Operations Improvement across Engineering, while ideally holding a Nebosh Qual
