As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalised care and support in their daily activities. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to prevent loneliness and isolation Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, whilst maintaining dignity and respect Support clients with medication management, including collecting prescriptions and providing reminders Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment Aid clients with mobility, ensuring their safety when moving around their home or attending appointments Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families Genuine compassion, patience, and a positive attitude in all interactions Responsible and dedicated approach to work, with a commitment to providing high-quality care Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work schedules Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring mobility and lifting Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a care setting Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness to undergo necessary training and obtain relevant qualifications Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided Valid right to work in the United Kingdom Additional Information Why choose us?
