We have an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic individual to join us as a Customer Centre Sales Administrator at our new Customer Centre.
As the Customer Centre Sales Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating all pre and post installation requirements, liaising directly with customers and ensuring our customers' AL-KO experience exceeds the necessary standard, in addition to supporting the sales team.
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Safety First Approach - Adhering to all necessary safety requirements and protocols
2. Maintaining an understanding of AL-KO’s product offering to be able to confidently respond to customer queries/questions
3. Initiating outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries
4. Convert leads to sales, provide quotations following a standard pricing structure
5. Engage with confirmed sales, to schedule installations and complete all pre-install requirements. Ensuring an accurate recording of pre-installation requirements are captured (with photography where necessary)
6. Complete the necessary MRP data entry, cross reference bookings with stock availability/manpower planning to ensure there are no roadblocks to the installation
7. Liaise with Purchasing to maintain a funnel of fitments
8. Take receipt of the vehicle from the customer
9. Make any/all necessary arrangements for our customers during the installation process
10. Maintain communication with the customer, to advise of delays or complications during the installation process
11. Following completion, complete the necessary customer handover, provide user demonstrations and guidance to maximise usage of installed fitments and take customer payment
12. Working closely with the Finance team to ensure all necessary SOX requirements and transaction record keeping are maintained and adhered to
13. Maintain the Customer Centre entrance area
14. Support with the Marketing of the Customer Centre and any promotional offerings
15. Work with Sales and Operation teams to track sales and client feedback/outcomes, providing regular performance metric reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvements and maintain client interaction to the highest possible standard
16. Support the sales team with sales related requirements e.g. Lock Registration and After Sales Support, attend Trade Shows when necessary
17. Carrying out any additional duties when requested and required to support the needs of the business.
Who are we looking for...

2. Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a customer facing role
3. Excellent IT capabilities, fully competent on Microsoft packages and ideally previous experience using MRP systems
