Main duties of the job
As Head of Delivery, you will drive and co-ordinate the successful delivery of system and NHS England planning requirements for the BSW Implementation Plan refresh process, the BSW Recovery Plan and the three-year plan, and other planning requirements as required. You will engage with strategic regional and national leads, and ICB and system leads to develop and manage the system framework for monitoring against delivery of our collective plans, and ensure that this is aligned with organisational and system reporting and governance arrangements. You will have oversight of the ICB's PMO and champion the consistent application of programme management and risk management methodologies and frameworks.

Knowledge, Training and Experience
* Educated to masters level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in a specialist area
* Evidence of post qualifying and continuing professional development
* Must have an understanding of the background to and aims of current healthcare policy and appreciate the implications of this on engagement
* Should have an appreciation of the relationship between the Department of Health, the NHS England, the ICB and system partner organisations
