Role: Sales and Marketing Director
Location: 1 Cartwright Farm Road, Speke, Liverpool, L24 1UY (With travel to FRC Group sites in Oldham, Newcastle and future locations, exhibitions and conferences and customers’ premises)
Salary: £79,809, plus company car and bonus
Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The Role
As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will:
* Lead and Strategize: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to deliver revenue and profit targets.
* Build Relationships: Manage key accounts, including major customers and procurement consortia.
* Drive Growth: Oversee sales for brands such as FRC Living, Buckingham Interiors, and Furniture Flex.
* Innovate Marketing: Deliver targeted campaigns, monitor ROI, and explore new market opportunities.
* Inspire Teams: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
* Collaborate: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success across the organisation
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve profit and loss targets while maximising contributions to the End Furniture Poverty Foundation.
* Lead B2B sales strategies, focusing on long-term contract-based relationships.
* Develop actionable marketing plans, aligned with market trends and competitor analysis.
* Attend events and join trade associations to foster partnerships and identify new opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with data legislation, ISO standards, and GDPR.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Extensive experience in a senior sales or marketing role, managing annual income of over £10 million.
* Expertise in B2B sales, long-term contract management, and CRM-driven operations.
* Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* A proven track record of driving growth and meeting ambitious sales targets.
* Knowledge of the furniture, housing association, or public sector markets (desirable).
