Job description FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Analyze MSP market, identify and utilize WSA with support of more experienced colleagues to exceed commitment. • Meet and exceed monthly set targets for MSP revenue by means of new and existing business generation. • Pro-actively manage Key MSPs ( Development & Cash Cow MSP Accounts) its entirety, agree MSP KPI’s, partner business and marketing plans which will include monthly and quarterly business reviews. • Assist newly acquired partners to increase ESET market share by selling the ESET Business solutions through ESET’s MSP program. • Attend meetings, effectively negotiating and to work closely with partners and their marketing teams to generate new MSP leads. • Allocation of any existing MSP partner accounts with a focus on cross and upsell initiatives • Growing your MSP portfolio with new fit for purposes MSP partners • Build solid working business relationship with MSP partners • Constant communication with partners to update on product and marketing developments • Respond to higher levels of product technical queries inditendently • Maintain accurate new and existing business sales pipeline within the ESET CRM system • Arrange and provide training for MSP partners on new products releases and systems • Arrange and issue trials, quotes, web demos, training • Negotiating pricing and advising resellers on current promotional activity • Various administration activities in line with running an MSP sales desk • Achieve monthly and annual revenue and KPIs targets. • Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superior's instructions, be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results. • Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.
