Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Unit Secretary working within the Rehabilitation Unit, Wrexham Maelor Hospital. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role will be to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administration duties for the Matron in the Rehabilitation Unit and you will work alongside the Area Administrator to ensure an efficient and effective service delivery. Applicants must be extremely flexible to meet the needs of the service, have a pleasant personality and a positive approach to their work. A good understanding of Patient Administration Systems and processes, Oracle, ESR would be advantageous. Applicants must also have a good standard of education, be adaptable and have good organisational skills. Main duties of the job The post holder will need to communicate effectively and will be required to demonstrate a professional, sensitive manner and maintainconfidentially at all times. A good standard of education is essential, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative and be efficient andorganised. The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
