Position:
We are offering an Administration Assistant to SCN position at University Hospital Crosshouse, Ward 2.
What you will do:
This role involves working closely with the Senior Charge Nurse within ward 2F – Renal High Dependency Unit at University Hospital Crosshouse, providing administrative and secretarial support.
Your duties will include general office work such as absence management, letter writing, filing, organizing meetings, rostering, annual leave management, audit input, database management, staff training planning, and other tasks as directed by the SCN.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required:
* Proficiency in office IT software, including OneDrive, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Qualification in Secretarial Studies/Administration or equivalent experience.
* Excellent English and numeracy skills, with experience in an office environment.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills; healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.

15 hours per week, with shift patterns to be agreed with the SCN.
