CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Are you searching for a new career opportunity in customer service?
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work in our busy office, supporting our customers on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements:
Must have a UK Driving License and minimum experience with the Motor Industry.
There are no call scripts and a real emphasis on fantastic service!
Working alongside the Customer Services Manager for our workshop, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Responding to emails
2. Answering incoming calls
3. Dealing with all customer issues
4. Booking Car Services over the phone
5. Providing outstanding customer service
Skills you will need:
1. You will have worked within any of the following roles: Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Executive, Call Centre Agent, Contact Centre Adviser, Complaint Handler, or similar.
2. Confidence in using in-house computer systems to access and maintain computerized records.
3. Enthusiastic, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
4. Very observant, with good attention to detail.
Hours of work: 8:30 AM till 5 PM
