THE GIG You will be a key part of the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Finance team, responsible for forecasting, reporting and analysis of GSC costs - encompassing COGS, OPEX and GSC Support Costs. Our Global Supply Chain is the company’s most significant cost area and covers everything from the sourcing of leather to product production, to support product development and margin analysis, to management of our DCs and delivery to store/customer. As our Supply Chain Finance Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for: • Providing financial support and analysis, aiding decision-making to achieve key Supply Chain financial objectives. • Managing month-end processes, partnering with relevant functions to analyse key drivers across Global Supply Chain cost lines. • Developing and maintaining financial reports and presentations. • Analysing supplier contracts and rates, ensuring charges align with agreements, supporting with cost analysis on contracts, tenders, and shipping. • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment whilst ensuring correct duty rates/tariff codes and managing rolling spend forecasts. • Conducting standard cost calculations and performance comparisons using multiple data sources. • Supporting the finance manager with forecasting, planning, and other financial tasks. THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Put simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are: • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or international equivalent). • Strong analytical skills, managing complex financial/non-financial datasets. • Continuous improvement mindset, driving efficiency and process simplification. • Financial expertise, including accounting journals, reconciliations, and month-end processes. • Advanced Excel skills; Power Apps experience beneficial. • Financial systems experience, D365 and WMS reconciliation would be desirable. • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a proactive and logical approach. • Excellent communicator, engaging diverse stakeholders across finance and non-finance. • Team player, passionate about growth and development. • Strong multitasking skills, managing complex projects effectively.
