We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Recovery Claims Handler. You’ll be responsible for efficiently managing a caseload of claims, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional client service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail. How you'll make an impact Open claims on the office case management system and conduct initial enquiries. Communicate with third parties and third-party insurers through letters of claim, telephone calls, and correspondence negotiations to achieve swift settlement. Issue court proceedings when necessary and manage litigated claims until settlement or conclusion. Ensure full compliance with all office protocols, client service level agreements, and client "key performance indicators" for all claims handled independently. Maintain 100% data integrity compliance on the office case management system for all own handled claims. Adhere to all financial transactions and Solicitors Accounts Rules to ensure full compliance. Identify and maximize fee earning opportunities while prioritizing client recoveries. About You Strong knowledge of claims handling processes and procedures. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in using case management systems and other relevant software. Familiarity with financial transactions and Solicitors Accounts Rules.
