Sales Manager - Foodservice/ OOH

Position Overview: As a Sales Manager at Doughboys Pizza, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and market presence of our brand within foodservice. This dynamic position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong business relationships and a keen eye for identifying and capitalising on new opportunities. You will be responsible for researching, prospecting, and closing new business deals within the foodservice/ out-of-home sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and Identify Opportunities: Profile, research and identify new business opportunities, establish and nurture relationships with partners, customers, and distributors and maintain a log on internal CRM systems.
* Customer Acquisition: Drive sales and acquire new customers within the out of home market, creating pull-through via wholesaler stockists and distribution partners including Bidfood and Brakes.
* Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong, sustainable partnerships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions, fostering relationships that lead to increased sales and brand visibility.
* Revenue Growth: Drive profitable revenue growth by developing and implementing strategies to expand market share, meet sales targets, and capitalise on emerging market sectors.
* Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify areas of growth to adapt strategies, staying ahead of the curve and providing innovative solutions to our customers.
* Trade Show and Networking: Represent Doughboys Pizza at trade shows, customer events, and networking initiatives to establish brand presence, build relationships, and explore potential partnerships.
Requirements:
* Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar role within the food industry, showcasing the ability to drive sales growth and meet targets through acquiring new business and fostering customer relationships.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. Showcase your ability to understand and address client needs effectively, providing added value solutions to our customers' businesses.
* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential to build rapport and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with potential partners and customers.

Position Information:
* Salary: £42k OTE (£35k basic + £7K OTE) + Free Pizza
* Hours: Full Time / 5 day a week / 9am – 5pm
* Holiday Allowance: 28 Days (incl. Bank Holidays)
