Our ever-growing client in Harrogate is looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative. They are located locally and work out of stylish offices which makes it a lovely working environment. The core part of this position is providing exceptional customer service to our client’s customers. The daily tasks will include answering customer calls and emails and providing a positive customer experience in a prompt and professional manner. This includes selling/placing orders for products, resolving billing concerns, troubleshooting issues such as returns and warranties, and assisting the warehouse manager when required. You will also be the driving force behind the implementation and growth of the webstore.
The working week is Monday – Friday, hours are 9am – 5pm. This is a hybrid role but our client would expect you to work in the office 3-4 days per week minimum.
The salary is between £25,000 and £30,000p/a.
Responsibilities:
* Answering phone calls in a timely manner, answering questions, or directing customers to the right person to get support
* Process orders and provide product/technical support.
* Process payments, and answer questions about customer statements and account balances
* Work on call campaigns to help generate sales.
* Support with inventory count in the warehouse
* Log all communication and activity onto the CRM system
You must be competent on MS packages including Word, Excel and Outlook. Full training will be provided on their in-house CRM systems.
