As one of a multidisciplinary team of experts, including curators, fundraisers, building surveyors and project managers, you’ll be working with others to help make things happen. Your contractual place of work will be the National Trust office at Hughenden, or the nearest National Trust consultancy office to your home. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We’ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40–60% of your working week. You'll be the primary contact for a cluster of properties across the region as well as leading on a strategic area or visit growth programme, based on your existing expertise and skills. You’ll share insight into audiences, and creative ideas about how to meet their needs, with your colleagues at National Trust sites, helping them to develop appealing experiences for everyone. Your day to day work may vary between supporting visitor growth, cultural programming and interpretation, but your expertise and knowledge of audiences will always be at the core of what you do.
