About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Ocado Logistics. This role involves delivering top-quality products on time and in an efficient manner, interacting with customers from all walks of life.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver goods to customers while providing an outstanding customer experience
* Operate in a fast-paced environment, working evenings, weekends, and weekdays
* Manage time effectively to meet delivery targets
* Communicate with customers to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements
* Full UK or EU driving licence
* Minimum 6 months driving experience
* No more than 6 penalty points on your driving record
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
* Age 18 or above (due to handling alcohol products)
* Excellent communication skills

Pay Structure
The position is weekly paid, with shifts rotated every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
