We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Warehouse Team Leader within our growing Warehouse Team. In a nutshell you will be responsible for: As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient day to day running within your area of the business, engaging and leading your team to meet production KPI’s across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Process and People, and contributing to a positive working culture across the plant. What you are already great at: Managing the warehouse team and workflow. Organising daily picking requirements and manifests, monitoring accuracy throughout. Warehouse organisation. Working on space utilisation and efficiency. Helping to plan any future capacity requirements. Daily liaison with Customer Service and Transport to monitor and improve processes when needed. Carrying out stock takes and inventory processes and procedures to maintain accurate stock levels. Full adherence to the company health and safety policy and procedures. Promoting a safe working environment. Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, operational machinery, and equipment to meet compliance. Assist in employee training and development. For this role we would need you to demonstrate: Good leadership skills, experience leading a team in a warehousing/logistics environment. Counterbalance FLT License essential. Accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Flexible – Being able to adapt to the business needs. Experience in Assembly processes and set up. A reasonable understanding of how all the business functions interact. Health and Safety Qualification. Proactive with an eye for problem solving and continuous improvement. Knowledge of WMS would be an advantage. Excellent PC skills.
