Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Project Coordinator to join our team in Culham, United Kingdom. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and team members to ensure the successful delivery of multiple projects on time and within budget.
* Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of project activities.
* Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
* Organise and facilitate project meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.
* Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
* Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
* Support the project manager in risk assessment and change management processes.
* Manage project-related administrative tasks, including updating project management software.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
* Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proven time management and prioritisation abilities.
* Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
