The post holder will provide clinical psychology services within the Eating Disorder Service specifically evidence based, time limited psychological therapies to clients aged 18 plus with a range of eating disorders. The post holder will assess, develop, implement and evaluate psychological therapies delivered. The post holder will attend CPAs for adults referred to the inpatient eating disorder unit by the service. The post holder will provide advice and consultations both within the Trust and outside agencies on all issues related to eating disorders. The post holder will maintain an identified caseload. He/she will also undertake teaching responsibilities both within the MDT and to other bodies as appropriate. He/she will provide clinical supervision to members of the MDT and trainee clinical psychologists.
