Pertemps are working with a ****** Client to appoint a Facade Site Manager for a 12 month project that is starting in May in Scunthorpe.
The duties of the role include:
1. Oversee subcontractor labor and additional resources to ensure the site’s effective and efficient operation. Supervise on-site contractual commitments and enforce and monitor performance indicators for all personnel involved in the installation process.
2. Consistently provide precise and timely updates on customer records and completed installations, and upload this information to the Procore Management system.
3. Organize and manage all necessary project documentation, including enforcing work schedules with subcontractors, updating Installation Risk Assessments and Method Statements as needed, and conducting inspections at all project stages for submission to the client.
4. Maintain communication with Hazlemere Project Management and clients, ensuring updates are provided throughout the installation process until the handover is complete, while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
5. Perform additional duties as deemed necessary for the successful completion of the project, as directed by the Project Manager.
6. Fulfill all customer contractual obligations.
7. Oversee and ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations on-site, and confirm that all site staff have up-to-date training as required.
8. Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve any on-site issues promptly.
9. Conduct daily monitoring and quality checks of the work to ensure it meets the agreed Programme of Works for weekly handovers.
10. Identify, track, address, and report any non-conformances as needed.
Essential:
1. Possession of a CSCS card is essential.
2. Qualified in SMSTS/SSSTS.
3. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and proactive work ethic.
4. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
5. Maintains impeccable record-keeping standards.
6. Possesses intermediate experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
7. Well-versed in contractual agreements and Health and Safety regulations.
12 month FTC
40 hours per week
£45,000 per annum
