The Salvation Army in Dundee provides support for people who are experiencing homelessness and have multiple and complex needs. Our role is to provide a safe psychologically informed environment to stay and support individuals through a Harm Reduction approach, based on trauma informed practice,
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the delivery of support to homeless clients with complex needs, using Harm Reduction methods and Trauma Informed Practices.
2. Liaising with partner agencies to provide support and advocacy.
3. Work with clients through person-centred support planning and enabling access to a range of meaningful activities.
4. Work with clients as part of a Support Team to ensure the needs and actions within person centred plans are addressed in a professional manner.

6. The ability to form supportive and motivating relationships.
7. Able to work within the ethos of The Salvation Army.
8. Willingness to work towards registration qualification for SSSC Registration.
