They are one of the top 10 FMCG brands in the UK. The inspiration came from the APAC region where it became popular amongst workmen. In 1984, the popular product was co-founded in Europe and has since become one of the most talked about and consumed brands internationally. Opportunity: The business is well recognized within the On and Off-Trade market. The team has created a real buzz for the product and now needs someone to maintain the relationships they have built outside of London and take them to the next level, creating growth opportunities. This is not your average Business Development Executive role; it’s about building the brand and creating lasting relationships while helping to grow the business. This role will work within the On-Trade channel, closely with clients from bars, pubs, clubs, venues, and restaurant groups. You will be responsible for driving availability, building and maintaining customer relationships, executing in-store sales, and acting as an expert in their respective categories. You will also work with all internal and external stakeholders to bring sales and marketing plans to life. While it may be a big responsibility, the right person will see this as an exciting chance to make a name for themselves in the industry and continuously develop their career, with ambition leading to rapid progression.

Must-haves:
1. Proven sales/negotiation skills
2. A clear understanding of the On-Trade sales channel
3. Track record in achieving targets
4. Communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
5. Commercial acumen, with the ability to utilize and understand category and financial insights
6. Strong relationship-builder
7. Strong organizational and time management skills
8. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
9. Strong presentation and communication skills
10. Comfortable working autonomously and being out on the road
11. FMCG experience is an advantage but not essential
