Strategy Partner
The Strategy Partner role at SHIFT is key in driving our clients success. They manage the day to day trading of our clients Amazon accounts, so must have a brain for retail understanding the commercial workings of a DTC business.
The ideal candidate will have at least a years Amazon experience and the ambition to be part of a fast growing business with a highly rewarding culture.
Requirements:
* Ability to run client calls.
* Confident sharing an agenda with the client, running through sales, operational and advertising updates, alongside answering any client queries.
* Providing detailed follow up actions promptly after the call.
* Ability to run internal calls i.e. training sessions for interns, trello run through and client updates etc.
* Understanding of all promotional options available in Seller Central, what the requirements are to load a deal and how to submit.
* Confident in building a marketing calendar with the client to schedule future deals during key promotional periods.
* Ability to liaise with the client and creative team on the design and assets required for A+ Content.
* Confident in creating the A+ in Seller Central and implementing across all ASINs, as well as managing any add additions and edits in the future.
* Ability to liaise with the client and creative team on the design and assets required for the Brand Store.
* Confident in creating the store, assigning ASINs to the relevant pages and managing any additions and edits in the future.
* Ability to complete a full content audit on listing pages, A+ Content and the Brand Store efficiently.
* Ability to optimise content efficiently and to a high standard, including product titles, bullet points and product descriptions.
* Be able to complete a full account audit and identify areas of improvement to existing and potential clients who request this data.
* Complete understanding of the performance targets and policies that must be adhered to.
* Ability to recognise the action required to resolve issues and liaise with the client on the steps required.
* Complete understanding of the process, information and documents required to create a Brand Registry account and register a trademark.
* Understand the benefits and tools available within Brand Registry and why we use them for our clients.
* Complete understanding on how to create, manage and share FBA shipment details with the client and the information required.
* This includes both box and pallet shipments, label requirements, Amazon-Partnered Carrier Programme details etc.
* Understanding of the different processes for each territory and how restock limits work.
* Confident in discussing the different fulfilment options available and the pros and cons for each, including merchant fulfilled, seller fulfilled prime and fulfilled by Amazon.
* Complete understanding on the process to set up a client on their preferred fulfilment method and the settings to update in Seller Central.
