Elevation Recruitment HR are excited to be working exclusively with an organisation based in Doncaster as they look to appoint a HR Advisor on a full time, permanent basic.
This is a newly created role which will report into the HR Manager which truly reflects the exciting plans that this organisation has in the pipeline. Operating as a true generalist you will have the opportunity to contribute the full range of HR initiatives whilst also developing personally supporting a headcount of c200.
As a HR Advisor you will be dealing with day to day employee relations issues, recruitment, overseeing the employee life cycle and project work.
As a HR advisor, your role will include:
1. Coaching and advising on day to day ER cases including sickness absence and performance management
2. Supporting the HR Manager will complex cases and acting as the note-taker
3. Assisting with recruitment including selection and onboarding
4. Ensuring new starters compliance is upheld
5. Supporting the HR team with projects
6. Reviewing and revising policies and procedures

The ideal HR Advisor candidate will have:
13. Experience in basic Employee Relations
14. Broad HR Generalist Experience
15. Ideally working towards CIPD Level 5
16. Experience within local authority, public sector, NHS or education sectors
