We are St Andrew's, a mental health charity whose purpose is to inspire hope for those living with complex mental health needs. We aim to inspire real change by reducing stigma, increasing community support, and promoting research and education.
Acorn Ward
A specialist low secure stabilisation and treatment service for men with autism, who may also have a forensic history and challenging behaviour. Supported by an experienced ASD team, we help patients understand their autism and learn coping skills necessary for a better quality of life.
Learning Disability & Autism Division
Our division seeks to improve the quality of life and reduce risk for individuals with learning disabilities and/or ASD. We provide comprehensive assessments that inform personalized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various facilities in Northampton.

Main Duties of the Role
You will lead your team by example and work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing and receiving clinical supervision
* Coordinating the multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective and efficient clinical services
* Ensuring the ward environment is clean and safe for all
* Acting as the Designated Division Shift Co-ordinator
* Providing vision and effective role modelling to maintain high standards of clinical care
* Keeping up to date with current topics and policies in clinical practice
* Deputising for the Ward Manager as required
