Summary
The Integrated Youth Services Collaboration Centre (IYS-CC) is a new and unique initiative launched by Providence Health Care in partnership with the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health (CAMH) and in collaboration with Integrated Youth Services initiatives in Canada. The IYS-CC, while closely affiliated with Foundry, is an independent initiative and its activities are coordinated with a CAMH team of professionals. We are seeking an Office Manager who will report to the Director, IYS-CC, and will provide leadership and administrative support to the IYS-CC team. They will assign work to the administrative support staff, manage workflows and procedures, and train and orientate new staff. The Office Manager will also:
* Take a lead role in the recruitment process, working with Human Resources to support the onboarding process of new staff.
* Coordinate IYS-CC team development by organizing training sessions.
* Provide project management with the development and updating of current contracts including MOU's, licensing agreements, contracts, and information sharing.
* Monitor and track project progress, and provide administrative support by updating project charters.
* Participate in developing standards of processes through research and reviews, and convey priorities to project managers.
* Support budget development and monitor expenditures of operational, capital, donor, and research funding.
What You Bring
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (Health or Social Sciences, Business Administration or Management), supplemented with courses in office administration plus three (3) years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Mental Health First Aid training and Indigenous Cultural Competency Training are an asset.

Your Day To Day:
* Provides leadership to the IYS-CC administrative support team by being the main point of contact for all inquiries related to administrative support at the IYS-CC Central Office.
* Develops and manages workflows and internal policies for IYS-CC staff. Prioritizes workload and delegates and adjusts staff work assignments.
* Works with staff on the training and orientation of new staff at the IYS-CC.
* Manages the recruitment and selection process for IYS-CC vacancies, including initiation of posting, screening of applications, scheduling/conducting interviews, and completing reference checks.
* Creates IYS-CC administrative support work schedules and submits timekeeping for the administrative support team to staffing.
* Coordinates IYS-CC team development by organizing team training and developmental sessions.
* Supports project management including preparing MOU's, licensing agreements for the IYS-CC brand, and updates contracts as required.
* Assists the Director in budget development ensuring information is current and accurately compiled, monitors expenditures, and analyzes and reports variances.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
