Compass Associates is working with a valued client in their recruitment of a Home Manager. The client operates a medium sized portfolio of elderly care homes across the UK. This is a family run provider that requires a Home Manager for a Residential/Nursing medium sized care home with a driven approach and strong leadership qualities. Clinical Deputy in place so PIN not required. However, must have managed Nursing Homes previously.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Residential/Nursing/Dementia Home Manager and show a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports.
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful Care Home. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered, and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.

Requirements
1. Experience Home Manager with "Good/Outstanding" CQC Background.
2. A background in elderly care home market - specifically within nursing homes.
3. Good Longevity.
Location
The Home is based within Birmingham and would be a suitable commute from Arrowfield Top, Wood End, Aspley Heath, Rubery, Shirley, Earlswood, Solihull, Tyseley, Harborne, and Quinton.
