Job summary You will co-ordinate the clinical diary and scheduling of appointments. This will require communication betweenservice users and their external stakeholders, clinicians, and the internal team of clinical administrators. Proofread, finalise, and email assessment reports that have been concluded on the system. Receiving/sending emails from NMP's to clients/GP. Monitor our long waiters list and resolve relevant issues. Collection and distribution of post/new referrals to the team. Maintain a monthly log of all new referrals to team. Cover colleagues work when they are on leave or due to illness or if they are over capacity. Discharging all patients from our team once their assessments are complete.
