Salary & Location for Customer Service Administrator
Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour
Location : Evesham - WR11 1JH
(Flexibility to work from home after training)
Timings : 08:30 to 16:30 (30 minutes of unpaid break)
Working : 37.5 hours a week
About the Role - Sales Support/Customer Services Administrator:
As a Sales Support/Customer Services/Aftermarket Administrator, you'll provide critical administrative support to customers, suppliers, and colleagues on a global basis. You'll be responsible for processing orders, preparing quotations, coordinating with purchasing, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within our aftermarket department.
Key Responsibilities - Sales Support/Customer Services Administrator :
* Process and expedite customer orders
* Generate quotations and prepare invoices
* Schedule and coordinate picklists
* Maintain business systems with up-to-date information
* Support licensee companies
* Provide administrative assistance via various communication channels
What We're Looking For:
* Proven administrative experience, particularly with quotations, orders, and invoicing
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Experience with Oracle-based ERP systems (advantageous)
