1. General cleaning of all areas of the nursing home – adhering to all daily check lists. Under the direction of the Service Manager or Deputy Service Manager.
2. To maintain high standards following the laid down procedures and observing hygiene practices.
3. Participating in in-service training to ensure a full knowledge of use of equipment and chemicals usage is gained.
4. Report any accidents or incidents such as faulty machinery and any other tools used to the Service Manager or Deputy Service Manager.
5. Adhere to Health and Safety Policy for the Nursing Home.
6. Attend all mandatory in-house training.
7. Wear protective clothing when necessary whilst on duty.
8. Attend staff meetings.
