Key responsibilities:
* Identification and escalation of any conflicting priorities, strategies or tactics that may arise from the cross functional activities.
* Ensure the COO is fully informed at all times on the progress, successes and operational issues with the M&A or Pipeline and/or M&A diligence and integration through clear, structured and succinct reporting.
* Define & lead the meeting cadence to track and progress initiatives. Bring together the right GOPs audience to help ensure obstacles are removed and decisions can be made.
* Lead the collation of inputs for defined meetings & presentations to the stakeholder groups which are clear and impactful, ensuring key risks and issues are understood by the stakeholders.
* Build cross-function teams helping to garner support, build long term relationships that enable the business transformation
* Close working with cross functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives for GOPs diligence work.
* Set up and chair regular and frequent cross functional project team meetings. Ensure good meeting practice with application of clear/structured agendas, minutes, actions, issues and risk registers.
* Provision of frequent and regular reporting to key stakeholders including steering groups, executive committee members and other stakeholders as necessary.
* A member of, and contribute to the Global Operations Senior Management team.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead Global Operations efforts on Pipeline and M&A due diligence.
* Lead Global Operations efforts in M&A Integration
* Interface with Seller’s project teams on M&A projects.
* Coordinate diligence inputs from across Global Operations
* Define technical supply map and product transfer strategy for M&A and pipeline as required
* Develop practical transitional plans, along side the M&A team and Transformation Office program managers, that are achievable while meeting the requirements of the deal / seller
* Provide expert support to BD&L on manufacturing and supply strategy during diligence and negotiations of complex pipeline assets
* Oversee GOPs integration workstreams and be the SPOC for integration projects.
* Main point of contact for BD&L, M&A and Deal teams
* Leads a virtual team of Operations Departments workstream leads
* Assist the COO in early phase diligence for new leads and opportunities.

Qualifications:
* Recognised project management qualification such as
* Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) qualified and /or
* Prince 2 practitioner (Concordia standard is Prince 2)
