The CRM team is expanding as they play a crucial role in delivering against our ambitious company objectives for 2024 and beyond, for both Simplyhealth and Denplan. As a CRM Executive, you will be part of the team responsible for producing and delivering all customer communications for Simplyhealth Members, Corporate clients and brokers, and Denplan practices. This role is initially on a 6-month contract with the possibility to transition into a permanent role.
Working closely with the wider team, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing CRM journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across all channels, from email and SMS to push notifications and WhatsApp. As well as developing and executing, you will also be responsible for proactively monitoring the campaigns and making any adjustments or changes to increase performance or resolve any data, logic or content issues.
Key responsibilities
* Applying a test and learn approach to communications, whether they’re standalone or always-on journeys, to continually improve engagement and conversion rates through regular optimisation.
* Analysing campaign results and providing recommendations for future improvements.
* Working collaboratively with other teams including Content Marketing as well as managing internal stakeholders on taking briefs and updating them on campaign performance.
* Aligning with internal stakeholders such as Product Marketing to ensure communications meet business objectives and customer needs.
* Utilising customer segmentation to ensure communications are correctly targeted and are highly personalised.
* Managing the delivery of best practice HTML and email design templates.
* Ensuring the content library is efficiently managed, with assets re-utilised across dynamic modules.
* Applying communication permissions compliantly to deliver marketing, value-add and servicing communications.
About You
You’ll be data-driven, inquisitive, and attentive to detail. This role will manage campaigns from brief through activation and then analyse performance, so we will also be looking for candidates who are proactive in their approach and strongly committed to delivering against our objectives, innovation, and CRM best practices.
To be considered you must have:
* Experience working with a CRM Marketing enterprise platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Adobe Campaign, Klaviyo, Hubspot or Tessitura.
* Background in Developing, Executing and optimising CRM journeys.
Our dream candidate might also have:
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
* B2B specific experience.
* Knowledge of FCA and Consumer Duty Regulations.

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you’ll be able to enjoy our ‘smart working’ approach. This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us, this means day-to-day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more.
