Job Summary
This entry level role is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career. We are looking for someone that can provide support to the finance team, who is flexible and is willing to learn. As a junior role, this may suit a school leaver or someone looking to start a career in finance.
Responsibilities
1. Manage client team email inbox ensuring all emails are dealt in a timely manner.
2. Work closely with project owners to maintain project information.
3. Review and maintain client projects and ensure all data is accurate, jobs are fully reconciled and closed when appropriate.
4. Review statements of work to ensure they agreed to rate cards and other financial information.
5. Maintain clients rate cards and ensure they are up to date and accurate.
6. Create New projects within the NetSuite and OpenAir systems, ensuring that the correct documentation is attached.
7. Various monthly and weekly reporting.
8. Review and manage project time moves.
9. Assisting the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function.
10. Cover within the finance team when required.
Required Skills & Experience
1. Working knowledge of Excel.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.
4. A self-motivated individual with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
6. The ability to take ownership and responsibility, proactively seek out solutions and opportunities to improve.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
