Whether you are already working in-house or ready to step away from agency, this internal recruitment position will be a role for you if you are looking for responsibility and the chance to take the lead. It is an opportunity to join a professional business that will support you with excellent training and career development opportunities. It is far from a transactional role just sending CVs to hiring managers; you’ll be a trusted advisor within the business and be heavily involved in the end-to-end recruitment process. This business focuses on innovation, so this will be your chance to share ideas, make suggestions and work on projects that will improve the company’s recruitment process. Mindset is the most important thing here; you will be passionate about what you do and driven to provide excellent service to potential employees and internal stakeholders. You will be open-minded, professional, and focused on promoting equal and inclusive recruitment. You’ll directly source talent and work with specialist recruitment agencies, liaise with managers to understand their hiring needs, support candidates up to the offer stage, manage the ATS, and collate recruitment data. You will work within the HR department, making it 12 in the team. The business offers an extensive benefits package that includes a discretionary annual bonus, a pension scheme, and support for your health and well-being. You will get 25 days of annual leave and be able to work from home two days a week. You will need previous in-house or agency recruitment experience and be competent using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searching.
