Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday Night Working (Flexible Start/Finish ) Salary:£38,000 - £44,000 What are we looking for? We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join the team at North Scarle Pack Centre. The duties of this role include but are not limited to; Follow the company Health & Safety guidelines as outlined above. Ensure all Risk Assessments are trained to all staff members Ensure that Pre-Start checks are completed before using any machinery. Working closely with the engineering team, agree and implement improvements to the process. Ensure that the hygiene management plan is maintained in line with site and customer food manufacturing standards, all requirements are adhered to, and activities are completed to schedule. Take Ownership of the CIC process including periodic reviews and updates ensuring all staff are working to the correct process and procedures at all times.. To take appropriate action and conduct investigations, where required, in the event unacceptable cleaning standard observations, swab results, customer complaints, audit feedback or other incidents. Take ownership planning and implementing periodic deep cleaning in line with the specific cleaning schedule utilising Noble employed personnel or external contractors Manage stock levels of chemicals and equipment, whilst working within agreed stock levels. Including chemical testing where required to verify the correct dosing levels for cleaning chemicals. Read, understand, and follow all guidelines relating to chemicals and equipment. Adhere strictly to all onsite HACCP procedures and ensure that procedures and instructions are closely followed by hygiene personnel. Daily management of the Hygiene team including breaks, absence monitoring, annual leave and performance Work in conjunction with site management / Technical / QA teams to implement legislative changes / management system updates. Identify and develop potential within the team, and coordinate the relevant training and support required. Working with the site training department and using previous experience, ensure all departmental staff are suitably trained for the tasks being carried out and maintain the department cleaning training records. Maintain a respectful and constructive relationship with all internal and external stakeholders and ensure lines of communication are open. Encourage and implement continuous improvement ideas focusing on People, Process and Product whilst looking at options for chemical and water usage reduction The site is committed to being “audit-ready” at all times.
