We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie to help us create exceptional food experiences for Milton Hill House on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Nestled in Abingdon near Oxford and surrounded by 22 acres of tranquil parkland, our hotel boasts stunning views, making us a preferred choice for accommodation, conferences, weddings, corporate events, and more.
With over 20 meeting rooms and 114 bedrooms, Restaurant and Bar, we also have a fantastic onsite leisure club.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assist the sous chef in daily food preparation activities
* Monitor inventory and expiration dates of raw goods
* Support the growth of commis chefs
* Ensure high-quality food production, preparation, and presentation
* Observe all applicable standards
* Ensure work area remains clean
Who you are:
* Minimum 3 years of culinary experience
* Able to maintain cost and quality standards
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven culinary catering talent
* Able to work effectively under pressure
