This role is part time, 0.6 WTE You will be: A qualified nurse with appropriate skills and experience working in the palliative / End of life arena. A well organised. Flexible professional An experienced practitioner with non-medical prescribing skills desirable. Compassionate to the needs of palliative and end of life care patients/carers. An understanding of the 4 organisations who make up the palliative care providers in this division. Used to working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Have a wide range of IT skills and experience with use of Systmone Excellent communication skills Knowledge and skills of community nursing. Triaging skills to ensure the best outcome for our patients.
